1. What products does VOTY LLC offer?

VOTY LLC specializes in high-quality comfortable clothing, essential household items and also other miscellaneous  products. 

2. How do I find the right size?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure about which size to choose, please refer to the guide or contact our customer service team at sales@votyllc.com for assistance.

3. How do I care for my VOTY Clothing?

To ensure the longevity of your VOTY LLC items please read the care instructions in the description of the product you purchase.

4. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase for eligible items. For more details on how to process a return or exchange, please refer to our Return & Refund page or contact sales@votyllc.com.

5. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, visit our "Track Order" page and enter your order number and email address.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location:

● Domestic orders (USA): 5-15 business days

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays or other unforeseen events.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the time, but will in the future.

8. How do I cancel or modify my order?

You can request to cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please email sales@votyllc.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other popular payment methods. All payment methods accepted is at the bottom of our website.

10. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@votyllc.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund or you can. 

11. How do I contact customer service?

12. Promotions & Discounts

● How do I use a promotion/discount code?

It's easy! Simply enter your promotion code in the discount field during checkout, select "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your order.

● Can I use multiple discount codes at one time?

Sorry, but no. You can only use 1 discount code per order. However, you can use a discount code in conjunction with a gift card.

● My coupon code is not working, why?

If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid or there are some limits to the code.
