Levar Parker born and raised in Albany,NY is the Voice Of The Youth. While growing up in the same poverty circumstances like many others Levar decided to turn a negative into a positive. Levar fell in love with music as a infant and wrote his first rhyme at 6 years old. At just 12 years old Levar dropped his first single " Know Why " and has been consistently grinding ever since.
